- Some of the mission critical application along with 24/7 uptime request at customers’ IT Environment begs provisioning of a trained resource at onsite. To cater that NDS also provides its customer with a Product Certified Resident Engineer.
- Although the Resident Engineer is fully capable of responding to customer queries, Senior Engineer at relevant NDS offices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad are also available on request to oversee the technical support Process.
